أكثر ما يميّز منزلاً عن الآخر، هو الجرأة في التصميم والفرادة في الديكور، سواء من الخارج أو من الداخل. هذا الجانب، بدا جليّاً في هذه الفيلّا الفريدة التصميم في منطقة عريقة، تقع شمال بيروت.

في هذه البقعة، تتنافس عادة المساكن بهندساتها الخارجية، بحيث إنها منطقة مصنّفة.
فلا بدّ وأنت تتأملّ ضخامة الأبنية المحيطة، أن تشدّك هذه الفيلّا الفخمة.
وكل من يتأمل في البناء من الخارج، يحار في وصفه.
مزيج من الغرابة والحداثة والتفنّن، حتى يخال المرء أنه أمام لوحة زيتيّة يندر أن يجدها إلا في خيال رسّامها. ولعلّ هذا ما يكسب أيّ تصميم هويّة خاصّة متمايزةً يطلبها كلّ من يسعى إلى الجمال والأناقة.
