السبب المحتمل

Media that does not have an operating system is in the drive.
The boot order is not set correctly in the CMOS.
The hard drive is not detected or the jumpers are not set correctly.

الحل المحتمل

remove all media from the drive
chang the boot order in CMOS to start with the boot drive
reconnect the hard drive cables or reset the hard drive jumpers
run virus removal software
replace the hard drive
